Please, please Help me from Fire

Hi, my name is Ramon.

My family and I have been going through one of the hardest times of our lives after the sudden fire destroyed our home. In just a short time, we lost everything we owned, and now we are trying to start over with nothing but the clothes we had on. My wife and our three children are doing their best to stay strong, but this has been very painful and overwhelming for all of us.

A few days before the fire, we traveled to be with my grandmother because her health suddenly got much worse. My wife and I felt we needed to be there for her and for each other — to support my grandmother, help with caring for her, and make sure our kids could see their great-grandmother while she was still with us. We stayed longer than we expected because her condition required extra help and attention, so we weren’t home when the fire started.

Because we were away caring for family, we couldn’t rescue anything from the house. It’s a terrible feeling knowing everything we worked for is gone and that we couldn’t do more to save even small keepsakes. We’re grateful we escaped safely, but it hurts to think of the memories and possessions we lost.

Every day feels difficult right now. We are trying to figure out where to stay, what to eat, and how to get the basic things our family needs. It is hard to explain how much this has affected us, both emotionally and financially. We are working through fear, stress, and uncertainty, and we need help to get through this moment.

Right now, we need support with food, clothes, temporary housing, and other daily necessities. Even small donations would mean so much to us and would help us take the next steps toward rebuilding our lives. We are truly grateful for any kindness, support, or shares from people who care.
